**In short:** $AGENCY is the token of agencypad.fun, a launchpad that gives every coin an AI "mind" with its own treasury. On chain, every coin's money sits in one wallet the operator controls.

Deployer: `DaK84rV4rVyatDrWJG9itDTBQeXq6exDvsLYCb5YkLvx`: Funded with 3.16 SOL from an exchange hot wallet that morning; created $AGENCY with a 96.45M buy, then locked all of it six minutes later. ## What is $AGENCY?

$AGENCY is the token of [agencypad.fun](https://www.agencypad.fun), run by the X account @tryagency. Coins launched there get an AI "mind" (25 models to choose from) that the site says trades the coin's treasury and rewards its holders, "all inside hard limits enforced by code." The site counts 1,573 coins launched.
Every launch locks the coin's pump.fun creator fees to Agency at 100%. After a coin's first $100, Agency says 15% of its fees buy and burn $AGENCY. The token launched on pump.fun at 6:39 PM ET on 1 October 2026; @tryagency was created that morning.

## Where the money sits

One wallet, 6TC9…, does everything: it sweeps every coin's creator fees, signs the minds' trades and burns $AGENCY. It held 1,948 SOL at 8:45 PM ET on 3 Oct. A coin's "treasury" is a ledger entry inside that wallet, not a wallet of its own.
The limits the docs describe (per-action, hourly and daily caps, an "isolated signer") run on Agency's own servers; nothing on chain enforces them. We found no audit and no named team. Anyone holding a coin launched on Agency is trusting whoever holds that one key.

## What Agency says, and what we found

- "Minds act "all inside hard limits enforced by code." (Agency (agencypad.fun), Oct 3, 2026): **partly**. The limits are Agency's own server code. On chain, one wallet signs for every coin.
