About trenchbook

Dispatches from the trenches, with the receipts attached.

What trenchbook is

trenchbook is an independent publication about crypto launches: who launched a coin, who bought it first, where the money went, and whether a site or tool does what it says. We publish dispatches (investigations and checks), coin pages that follow a coin until it dies, and files on the wallets behind repeat launches.

We publish as trenchbook and @trenchbookapp on X. We are not affiliated with any launchpad, exchange or coin we write about.

How we check a story

On-chain first. Every figure on a page links to the transaction, wallet or post behind it, so you can check it yourself on Solscan or the relevant explorer. What we could not verify is marked as unverified, or left out.

We say a group of wallets is run together only when the evidence clears a set bar (80 out of 100 on our conviction scale). Below that we show the links between them and say plainly that they are links, not a conclusion. We name a person only when a published record ties them to a wallet, never on a guess.

Live claims ("still holds", "hasn't paid") are re-checked shortly before a page goes up, and pages show when they were last checked or updated.

Corrections

When we get something wrong we fix it on the page and move its "updated" date. A correction that changes a finding also gets a dated note on the page saying what changed. Send corrections to @trenchbookapp on X.

Right to respond

If you control a wallet we write about, you can answer. DM @trenchbookapp, prove you control the wallet (we will tell you how), and we print your reply on the page.

Money

Reading is free. Anyone can commission a file on a creator, KOL or project; a buyer cannot change what we find. We never pitch our services to people who lost money.

No token

There is no official trenchbook token or contract address. Anyone selling one is not us. Nothing on trenchbook is financial advice.
